Redevelopment of Redoubt Court, Fort Fareham

In November 2022, the Council's Executive approved the inclusion of Fort Fareham with Fareham Housing's Regeneration Strategy. As part of this strategy, Redoubt Court, along with part of the open space adjacent to Longfield Avenue, was identified as having potential for redevelopment to provide additional affordable homes. The site was subsequently confirmed as a housing allocation in the Local Plan.
Fareham Housing is proposing the demolition of 8 flats at Redoubt Court and their replacement with 21 new homes (a mix of flats and houses). Your feedback will help shape the final design prior to a formal planning application being made, and will ensure the redevelopment meets community needs.
