The information you are providing will be used to inform the outcome of our consultation and engagement work. Your information will be retained for the time that it takes to analyse consultation responses (not exceeding three months).

Although helpful for analysis, you do not have to provide demographic information if you don’t wish to. Any views or opinions expressed in the surveys will be quoted anonymously and not attributed to an individual. Summarised results, which may include data broken down into demographics, but not personal information, may be shared with other Council departments and our partner organisations. It will not be released into the public domain.

Some surveys and consultations offer a prize draw to encourage participation. Any personal data provided to enter a survey prize draw will only be used for this purpose. It may be shared with other Council departments and partners to facilitate the prize to be awarded and will only be retained for the time it takes to distribute the prize (not exceeding three months).
