What we are proposing
Since we reopened the Civic Offices after lockdown the way our residents use the offices has changed. With this in mind, we would like to know the most convenient ways for our residents to get in touch with the Council.

This exercise helped to inform the management of customer facing departments how residents prefer to contact the council following the removal of Covid-19 restrictions.
