What we are proposing
Fareham Borough Council is consulting on an Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The Council is inviting comments on the proposed SPD over a six-week period from Friday 16th February – Friday 29th March 2024.

Representations on the consultation must be made by 11:59pm on the 29th March 2024 and submitted via post or email:

Comments can be submitted by emailing planningpolicy@fareham.gov.uk and will be accepted if sent before the closing date. You will receive confirmation that your comments have been received.

A six- week consultation on the draft SPD was held between 16 February 2024 to 29 March 2024;a total of 5 responses were received.
We Did
The responses together with the Draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) were taken to the Executive on 3 June for consideration.

The final version of the Supplementary Planning Document was agreed with effect from 1 July 2024.
