We are asking
Fareham Borough Council's 2023 Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for dog control, grants authorised officers powers to issue fixed penalty notices to dog owners,
who fail to clean up mess or whose dogs are off-lead in certain areas in the borough.
The current Dog Control PSPO expires in July 2026 and we would like your views on proposals to renew this for a further 3 years.
