We are asking

Fareham Housing is the Council service responsible for providing affordable and sustainable housing options for our residents. Tell us what you think of the service by 12 January and you could win a £50 supermarket voucher of your choice!

Why are we asking?

The Regulator of Social Housing (the government body that we report to) has told Fareham Housing and all other social landlords to regularly ask our customers how satisfied you are with our services.

The results of this survey will be published later this year allowing you to compare our performance against other social landlords. It will also help us understand where the service is doing well and where it could improve. 

Is the survey anonymous?

All responses made in this survey will be kept anonymous. General demographic questions are asked at the end to help make sure we reflect our mix of customers.
