Fareham Borough Council is reviewing its Statement of Licensing Policy for 2026 - 2031. The Policy sets out how the Council regulates alcohol, entertainment, and late night refreshment to promote public safety, prevent crime and disorder, and protect our communities.
We would like your feedback on the proposed changes to the policy document.

The consultation was open between 19 November 2025 - 14 January 2026. No representations have been received during the consultation period.
We did
A final draft of the policy will be presented to the Executive for approval at its meeting on 02 March 2026 and subsequently for adoption by the council at its meeting on 16 April 2026.
